Meet our Senior Management Team
Kurt Canfield, Chief Executive Officer
Kurt is Delkia’s CEO. He is a Chartered Engineering, a Certified Functional Safety Professional and has over 20 years’ experience in functional safety, qualification and certification in the defence sector.
He’s also an independent SOI audit lead, and converse with DO-254B, A20-152A, CAST 32 and ARP 4754 as well as ARP 4762.
Paul Dingley, Chief Sales Officer
Paul is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society. He started his career as an Aircrew Officer in the Royal Navy where he spent 21 years in a long and varied career culminating in senior posts in Air Operations, Search and Rescue and Royal Navy Command.

Paul then worked in business development roles for Northrop Grumman Corporation, Ascent Flight Training and QinetiQ before joining Thales.

Marcus Patrick, Interim Chief Finance Officer
After completing his degree in Business Studies Marcus qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant and has worked across a range of sectors in senior roles.
He previously headed up the finance team for Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group’s advanced composites business and also worked at KBR.

Darren Bisset, Operations Director
Darren is responsible for leading delivery of all Delkia contracts, projects and tasks to industry leading standards, whilst ensuring a fair return on Delkia’s investment.
With over 40 years in the nuclear industry, over the past decade he has managed successful businesses within large organisations such as Serco and Jacobs Engineering.
