Marketing Support Officer

Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 Pro Rata (depending on experience)

We have an exciting opportunity to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Marketing Support Officer to join our dynamic team at Delkia.

Overview of the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing a wide variety of marketing activities in line with defined strategic objectives.

 

Key responsibilities

 

The main responsibilities include:

 

  • Social media management

  • Schedule management and automation of social media

  • Reporting on marketing and website statistics with integrated Google Analytics

  • Content management and website updates inc.  job roles, careers page and latest news

  • Website SEO

  • Extracting technical insights from the internal team

  • Interfacing with a potential newly appointed Marketing Agency

  • Reviewing and supporting tenders from a marketing perspective

  • Actively promoting the business

  • Raising the profile of Delkia including support to awards applications 

  • Copywriting

  • Supporting external and client events including attendance at events and trade attendance

  • Closure of case studies and marketing material 

  • Supporting company operations branding and consistency

 

 

Desired Qualifications / Prerequisites

 

  • Substantial B2B marketing experience

  • CIM or working towards desirable but not essential

  • A collaborative team player

  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

  • A proven track record of Communications and Digital

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • Experience of working and communicating effectively with various stakeholders

  • Well organised and able to manage a variety of tasks

 

 

Candidates must be a British National and be able to meet security clearance.  Additional Psychometric testing may also be carried out with full background checks.
