On Armed Forces Day, Saturday 24 June 2023, Delkia are proud to announce we have received a Bronze Award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme.
As a company we have signed and honour the Armed Forces Covenant and support the Armed Forces Community; recognising the value Serving Personnel, both Regular and Reservists, Veterans and military families contribute to our business and our country.
Delkia employs a growing number of ex-services personnel, including:
Paul Blythe – Director of Maritime – whose 35 years of experience in UK Defence culminated in the Captaincy of two nuclear submarines.
Craig Richardson – Technical Manager for Maritime, who spend 21 years in the Royal Navy, his last role being Head of Weapon Engineering for a Vanguard Class submarine.
David Taylor – Project Manager – who spent 22 years in the Royal Navy, his last role being at MOD Abbey Wood where he worked in a Naval Applicator role.
We are now working towards Silver Award status and, as always, welcome job applications from those within, or who have been part of, the Armed Forces Community.
