​Delkia knows that with the advances in instrumentation, valve technology and SMART devices that we are moving more and more away from simple two-step control.  Most systems today require real-time feedback , data gathering for conditioning monitoring and sophisticated communications i.e. black channel for high-integrity systems.  Couple these requirements with the challenges of process control systems are being more apparent.  At Delkia we can assure our clients that the process control coding for both bespoke and COTS systems meet the systems requirements in the virtual environment before being implemented in the built environment for plant or platform. 

Using specialist proportional, derivative and integral process control design software we can develop design and optimise the software for the control systems during software and hardware development stages of the lifecycle.  Using close-looped modes without any step-test in the time domain we can develop millisecond scan analysis models rapidly.  Offering our clients simulation from multiple complex cascading systems to advance heat energy transfer systems with online analyser purity control loops.  The client benefits of this utilising this software in the client space are:-

Our History 

Delkia was formed in 2013 through supporting the nuclear decommissioning sector in West Cumbria.  Since this time Delkia had provided engineering services to blue-chip organisations, including local and national nuclear and defence companies as well as offshore organisations through its Digital Engineering, Specialist Systems Consultancy, Systems Integration, Control Panel Manufacturing and Software Development.
