The Delkia Engineering Graduate Scheme is a structured programme designed for ambitious recent engineering graduates seeking a career in the nuclear and defence sectors. Scheme members can gain hands-on experience, technical expertise and professional development, while contributing to complex and critical engineering projects.

Our commitment to developing engineering graduates aligns with Delkia’s mission to nurture future engineering talent and support the UK’s broader skills development efforts. The scheme also brings fresh ideas and perspectives to today’s engineering challenges, while developing technical skills, industry knowledge and professional competencies in a real-world setting.

Delkia also has several Graduate Apprentices in Project Management and Marketing. future vacancies will be advertised as they become available and are part of Delkia’s broader commitment to develop UK talent pool.
