Kurt Canfield, Chief Executive Officer

Delkia is led by Kurt Canfield, a Chartered Engineer and Certified Functional Safety Professional with over 20 years’ experience in functional safety, qualification and certification. In the last 10 years, Kurt has overseen Delkia's grow has grown from serving the nuclear industry in Cumbria, to now serving Defence and Nuclear sectors.

Kurt is incredibly proud of the team he has helped create — one of his favourite parts of his job is seeing his employees grow and flourish.

Darren Bisset, Chief Operations Officer

Darren is responsible for leading delivery of all Delkia contracts, projects and tasks to industry leading standards, whilst ensuring a fair return on Delkia’s investment.

With over 40 years in the nuclear industry, over the past decade he has managed successful businesses within large organisations such as Serco and Jacobs Engineering.

Darren's favourite aspect of his role is being part of an enthusiastic, results oriented team.

Paul Dingley, Chief Sales Officer

As Chief Sales Officer Paul leads tenders, sales and marketing across the whole of Delkia.

A Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society Paul started his career as an Aircrew Officer in the Royal Navy where he spent 21 years in a long and varied career culminating in senior posts in Air Operations, Search and Rescue and Royal Navy Command. Paul then worked in Programme and then Business Development roles for a number of US, Canadian, French and UK Defence and Technology companies.

Marcus Patrick, Interim Chief Finance Officer

Marcus's role involves developing financial operations for the business and ensuring they are in line with overall strategy. His responsibilities also include HR, digital transformation, supply chain management and compliance.

After completing his degree in Business Studies Marcus qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant and has worked across a range of sectors in senior roles. He previously headed up the finance team for Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group’s advanced composites business and also worked at KBR.
