The Delkia Engineering Graduate Scheme is a structured programme designed for ambitious graduates seeking a career in the nuclear and defence sectors. Graduates will gain hands-on experience, technical expertise and professional development, while contributing to complex and critical engineering projects. Led by the Technical Engineering Director (TED), the scheme aligns with Delkia’s mission to nurture future engineering talent and support the UK’s broader skills development efforts. It also helps Delkia attract, train and retain highly-competent engineers and bring fresh ideas and perspectives to today's engineering challenges.​​

Rotational Placements
Gain exposure across multiple engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, nuclear, systems and software engineering.

Technical Training

Support towards Chartered Engineer (CEng) status through mentoring, accredited training and industry-recognised qualifications.
