We’re proud to be investing in early careers at Delkia. Currently, we have five apprentices, including degree-level apprentices, working across Business Administration, Marketing and Project Management, each gaining valuable experience and support as they grow into their roles.

Delkia also supports T-Level students, providing hands-on opportunities to apply their learning in real-world settings.

This year Delkia welcomed six graduates to our Engineering Graduate Scheme. They are completing rotational placements, which gives them exposure to a wide range of engineering disciplines including mechanical, electrical, nuclear, systems, and software engineering.

This multi-pathway approach reflects our commitment to nurturing future talent and building a strong pipeline of skilled professionals across the business.
